1. The exposed plastic shell of a small circuit breaker should not have visible damage, deformation, or other phenomena, and the surface of the small circuit breaker should be clean and free of accumulated dust and oil stains.
2. The metal part of the small circuit breaker connected to the outside should be coated with a protective layer. The absence of black areas on the metal protective layer indicates that the external metal has not been oxidized.
3. The installation position of the fixed parts such as the nuts of the small circuit breaker is not incorrect, and the groove pattern of the nuts of the small circuit breaker is not twisted, and the small circuit breaker cannot be loose.
4. The logo and other markings engraved on the plastic casing of small circuit breakers should be accurately visible.
5. The production time and model should be printed on the bottom of the small circuit breaker, which facilitates consumers to check its relevant information.
6. The color on the switch of the small circuit breaker should correspond to the corresponding function, and should not be confused, otherwise it may cause the function of the small circuit breaker to be used incorrectly. The switch of the small circuit breaker should be facing upwards.
7. Check if there are any faults such as incorrect connection, missing connection, or breakage in the circuit inside the small circuit breaker, and ensure that the small circuit breaker that can be used normally is put on the market, which can enable the small circuit breaker to perform protection functions such as short circuit and overload in the circuit.
