1. If the connecting rod and connecting rod of the auxiliary switch are loose or deformed (shifted), they should be adjusted.
2. The aging or deformation of the springs in each part makes it difficult for the rotating parts of the mechanism to reset in a timely manner during the movement process, resulting in the misoperation and refusal of the plastic case circuit breaker. It should be checked and replaced.
3. After the energy storage of the energy storage spring is completed, the energy storage motor cannot stop running due to the misaligned power travel switch of the energy storage motor. If the travel switch is not aligned, the energy storage spring cannot be fully opened, and the motor stops running, resulting in the energy storage spring not being in place, causing the molded case circuit breaker to refuse to open. The travel switch position is appropriate, but the motor still cannot stop running. Due to the contact of the travel switch getting stuck or the internal spring (or spring steam) overheating, it cannot be quickly opened, causing arcing between the contacts. When the problem cannot be cleared after maintenance, the travel switch should be replaced or a capacitor should be connected in parallel between the two contacts (the capacitor serves to extinguish the arc).
4. The energy storage motor can stop running, but the energy storage is not in place. Due to the premature opening of the drive claw, the eccentric wheel should be adjusted to allow the drive claw to open later.
5. When the buffer is deformed, loose or scattered, causing the circuit breaker to open and close at the live point, the buffer should be adjusted or replaced.
6. The mechanical transmission between the molded case circuit breaker and the operating handle of the isolating switch is locally deformed, which prevents the normal recovery of the opening single axis and leads to the scrapping of the molded case circuit breaker.
7. The crank arm or shaft pin in the transmission area between the plastic case circuit breaker and the operating machinery is scattered or broken, causing the mechanism to close and the circuit breaker to be in an open state, making it unable to connect properly with the plastic case circuit breaker. Press the open button, rotate the output shaft of the mechanism to return it to the open state, and then replace the shaft pin.
8. The energy storage motor is working normally, but the energy storage spring cannot be opened due to internal slipping or gear breakage of the clutch push wheel driven by the energy storage motor. The clutch push wheel should be replaced.
