1. Clean the dust on the surface of the porcelain parts, check whether the surface of the porcelain parts is glazed or damaged, whether there are cracks and flashover marks, and whether the iron ceramic joint of the insulator is firm. If the damage is severe, it should be replaced;
2. Clean the oil stains on the blades, contacts, or fingers with gasoline, and check if the contact surface is clean, without mechanical damage, oxidation, overheating marks, twisting, deformation, and other phenomena;
3. Check if the accessories on the contacts or blades are complete and undamaged;
4. Check whether the leads connecting the isolation switch, busbar, and circuit breaker are firm and whether there is any overheating phenomenon;
5. Check if the soft connection components are damaged or broken;
6. Check and clean the operating mechanism and transmission parts, and add an appropriate amount of lubricating grease;
7. Check whether the distance between the transmission part and the live part meets the requirements; Whether the locator and braking device are firm and whether the action is correct;
8. Check if the base of the isolation switch is in good condition and if the grounding is reliable.
